If the Specialised Chambers do not release representatives of KLA veterans Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj immediately, it will prove that the Special Court is exactly how Haradinaj praised him before judges today: political, unilateral and corrupt.
Special Courts and Procuria have the duty to store the files and are responsible for allowing the leak and/or the theft of files. Why is the Court and the Prosecutor not responsible for their obligations?! Who of the least special has lost his job on the records?
