KLA OVL Chairman Faton Klinkaku's task officer, in a conversation for Periscope, says Saliaj “is playing the role of the guardian prosecutor to investigate something that neither the Special is investigating”.
He's as opposed to many others. And it says that the Special Court was a necessary evil, and it also plays the attorney's role to investigate something that neither the Special is investigating. Such people do all of this because the indictment against the KLA leaders is due to the period until September 1999, and it means that it doesn't include the post-war killings that these people are wrongly calling political, because only courts with a formal form bias can prove what murder has been<1> Klinaku told Periscope.
Klinka, on the other hand, claims they're not subject to murder investigations but don't follow the international court trial.
“We have been and we are to investigate every murder, where more than 200 members of the KLA are killed, but from a local court because we don't trust international ones like the Special in The Hague. And investigate the crimes, massacres and genocides caused by conquering Serbia in Kosovo” concluded Faton Klinkaku from OVL-KLA.
We remember that the Special Prosecutor has filed charges against the country's president Hashim Thaci and PDK leader Kadri Wessel.
