Hoxhaj has declared that, in the future, opponents can use Special as an argument against the state of Kosovo.
I never thought that in 2020, independent Kosovo would have a difficult year, in which, in addition to the pandemic, the economic crisis, Kosovo was also hit by the Special Court. That was the subject of our mutual discussion. We think that the political factor in Albania should provide as much support to our friends in The Hague as possible. We are grateful for the attitudes they have maintained so far, but we demand that there be such a consensus in the future”, he has declared.
On the other hand, he has also spoken about elections to be held in Kosovo, while optimisticly expressing that heid he party will be part of the next legislature.
I am sure that the PDK will lead Kosovo's next government. I have been in different positions in Kosovo for a long time, my goal is to have a new think and new strategic plan in Albania's report, that we cannot deal with 2008 parameters of what to do in 2020. I will also have concrete proposals to have a real integration of the economy in Kosovo and Albania”, he added.
