A 48-year-old from Kosovo has killed his 33-year-old sister-in-law and seriously injured his 38-year-old brother.

The 33-year-old woman reportedly died on her way to the hospital.

The tragic event took place in Lohne, Bielefeld.

German media report that the suspect had gone to his former family residence, where he had also met his brother and his wife who had gone to his former husband's arms.

The 48-year-old tried to get inside the apartment, but he wasn't left by his brother.

Then he returned and took up the weapon with which he also committed a tragic act.

Witnesses of the serious incident were some children aged 13 to 18.

A neighbor of the family who lived downstairs had come out to see what was happening.

He saw children being shocked and screaming.

In this case, he protected the children, also calling the police, the ambulance, and other rescue teams.

One of his kids took the gun out of his hand and threw it out of the building.

Currently, children are receiving psychological treatment as a result of shock from the event.

The 48-year-old from Kosovo was arrested by police.

The suspect was also seriously injured at the time of his arrest.

The circumstances of how he was wounded remain unclear.

The suspect in the work is reportedly from the Ferizaj Community.

The case is still being investigated by the Bilelfeld City Crime Commission.
