The incumbent president will first meet Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti. The meeting between Osman and Kurt is expected to take place at 1: 00 a.m.
Also at 2:00 a.m., Osmani will meet its former chief, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa.
Meanwhile, 1500 at the office of incumbent president will go to PDK chairman Enver Hoxhaj's post.
Meanwhile, at 4:00 a.m., Osmani will meet with AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj.
The Constitutional Court last night has ruled in favour of the Vetevendosje Movement's request about the validity of MP Ethem Arifi's vote for the selection of Hoti Government, with which the country will officially head towards early new elections.
MP Etem Arifi's vote was crucial for the selection of Hoti Government on 3 June.
The Constitution has found that, under Article 71.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, in contact with Article 29.1 (q) of the General Election Law, the person convicted of criminal acts with a decision of firm form in the last three (3) years cannot be a candidate for MP, nor win a valid mandate in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
She also found out, no. 07/V-014 of Kosovo's Parliament for the Election of the Government of Kosovo, June 3, 2020, is not in compliance with Article 3 of Article 95 [The Government's election] of the Constitution, because the government has not received the majority of votes of all Kosovo Assembly deputies, and given that the Government has not been selected according to Article 95 [the Government election] of the Constitution, then supported in paragraph 4 of Article 95 [The Government], the president of the Republic of Kosovo, which should be held late than 40 days after their proclamation.
