Vetevendosje Movement Deputy Chairman Besnik Bislimi has raised doubts about the Constitutional Court's possible decision regarding MP Etem Arifi's vote in the selection of the Hoti Government.

While less than two weeks have remained since the Constitutional Public session for handling this case, Bislimi says convinced that Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has been voted in no constitutional way, but says earlier Constitutional Court rulings have shown how many independent “” is the highest judicial body in the country.

The second of Albin Kurti's party in an interview for KosovoPress also talks about the next possibility of the collapse of the Hoti Government, the issue of electing the new president, as well as the body of new elections.

The Constitutional Court with its own éspiné, is coming up with some public statements. This shows that they have alternatives and on the basis of a pulse decide which one to choose. This is about justice. We've said very openly that we've contested Etem Arifi's vote, which means that when the votes are counted, Avdullah Hoti has not had enough votes to be considered prime minister-elect. Consequently, the vote for prime minister has failed and the country must go to the polls. We didn't say there were procedural mistakes, go back and vote and get another candidate. We've said a vote is illegal. It is a failed vote, and after the second failed vote, the country goes to the polls. That's what we're saying, we're not saying that pencils weren't cool, the voting system didn't work, let's vote again. There's only one vote that's discutable, they should tell us when the vote is counted, should that be counted as well. If this vote is not to be counted. It's 60 votes. Avdullah Hoti has never been prime minister, point”, he says.

Bislimi says that to bring down the Hot government, there is no need to convince anyone, and therefore stresses that they do not need to negotiate the no-confidence motion with the PDK, as they express criticism of the executive.

The motion has only one purpose, it aims to bring down the stupid government. The motion neither aims to solve the problems of pandemic nor aims to resolve future government coalitions, does not have that role. The only function is to bring down this government. To bring down this government, we must not convince anyone. Even the PDK criticises him more than we do, why we should sit down to negotiate. If the PDK thinks this government is bad, why should it sit down and negotiate or it's bad, isn't it? Negotiation is the door to the market, the motion does not have this function. The one who says we should sit down and negotiate is saying we should deal with how we benefit from the motion”, he said.

For the possibility of electing the new president, LVV deputy head says fear of elections will make the LDK- PDK- AAK-Nisma try to end up finding a solution not to go to sovereign.

While providing some numbers of MPs that will have political parties after the new elections, Bislimi says that under the current circumstances of the ruling coalition, the largest negotiating power has the AAK chairman Ramush Haradinaj.

If the numerator, not the denominator, but the numerator is the common fear of the elections think these will prove by the last moment to find a solution that escapes elections. [...] 10:58 The greatest negotiating power is Ramush Haradinaj, he has access to more or less all other leaders, as in case of going to the polls, it is hurt much less than the LDK's PDK. Haradinaj does not carry much weight if between 9 and 6 or 7 deputies fall. But the LDK has dropped from 28 to 12-13 MPs is political disaster. Therefore Ramush Haradinaj has understood his moment, realized that one side is up to these, and on the other hand, his election as president is disastrous for the AAK that no one needs it anymore. Consequently, even the electorate if it is not part of the” legislature, Bislimi said.
