Congratulating the entire Albanian nation on the occasion of the November 28th holiday, Prince Leka II, has said that the beautiful Albanian language is one that unites all Albanian trains and forces us to be more responsible and to love our country even more.
While in a long run, he is calling for a boost to domestic national unity against charges against KLA leaders, to be proud of the heroes of that war.
We are now more than ever needed to strengthen domestic national unity against charges against KLA leaders, to feel proud of the heroes of that war, many of whom are left for shame and ill-fated livelihood, to assess the sacrifices of those who faced self-reliance to grant Kosovo freedom! Meanwhile, we should remind the Special Court that in the dock of the accused there should be those who really planned and executed genocide and macabre crimes against Albanians autochton”, Prince Leka II has indicated among other things.
Full wish of Prince Leka II:
Dear sisters and brothers, Happy November 28th, the day we celebrate our freedom and independence as a civilized nation, with the will, eyes and minds directed by the West. Along with the flag festival, I cannot help but mention November 22nd, the anniversary of the Monastery Congress. It is the beautiful, sweet Albanian language that unites all Albanian trains that compels us to be more responsible and to love our country even more.
Like every November 28th, I write a message that reflects the realities and challenges we've faced during the year. But as I address you this time again, regret becomes even worse, as year after year we face the same challenges and problems that can hardly be resolved or in many cases deepen. Understandably, this sensitivity is even more evident to me as a new parent living in our Albania. After the devastating earthquake of November 26th, deep poverty, the ongoing health crisis of covid-19, and ongoing political fragility, it is difficult to be enthusiastic! But evil must be challenged and we must not give up, at least for future generations who will live our beautiful homeland, Albania. Albanians, like this day of joy, should be together side by side in the face of every situation, like our fathers who founded the state. We showed this love for each other after the earthquake a year ago. I wish that solidarity would always accompany us! Today, unfortunately faced with a severe pandemic situation, let me express our heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives.
At the same time, I pray and remind you that serious respect for the professional advice of relevant experts is very important, putting aside debate and the tendency for protagonism in this situation. Furthermore, knowing the challenges and difficulties of our health system, without denying the work and professional effort, self - sacrificing and persistent efforts of doctors, nurses, and all medical personnel facing this war. They are heroes and should be treated with respect and gratitude by all of us! We seek from governments in Albania, Kosovo and Northern Macedonia, as well as any other institution or body, that without the slightest hesitation, put all its potential in assisting the health system, for the security of life as the most sacred and irreversible thing. In support of national interest, strengthening co-operation and mutual support Albania -Kosovo-North-Montenegro Macedonia must bypass internal disputes and any narrow interest. In this direction, I am happy to mention the reinforcement of Albanian housing after elections in Macedonia, Presevo and Tuz, where Albanians have shown caution and unity.
Already more than ever, we need to strengthen domestic national unity against charges against KLA leaders, to feel proud of the heroes of that war, many of whom for shame and ill luck have remained for living, to assess the sacrifices of those who faced self-reliance to grant Kosovo freedom! In the meantime, we should remind the Special Court that in the dock of the accused there should be those who really planned and executed genocide and greedy crimes against Albanians. We should not line up for justice to genocide made by the Serb conqueror, Milosevic's government and his associates, strongly denouncing their criminal acts, because only thus will victims be honoured and will pursue peace for many Albanian families who have experienced horrors and lost their most expensive people. Among them, I absolutely want to mention and remind our Kosovo sisters and mothers who experienced violations for which there has never been an apology. Even today, those who are puffed up in the political arena and cynicism talk about human values are imposed on unrepentant, unconventional Western Chancellors for interacting with that true criminal intervention. Co-operation and agreement between parties in resolving different disputes and crises in the country should be in place to speed up membership Albania and Kosovo on The EU conforms the recommendations of Western Euro-Atlantic Chancellors by respecting any agreement. The proposal of the Balkan Mouscelengen” should not be accepted as a temporary alternative before our EU membership, while we have not yet built a clear economic vision for a European partnership, and when albanophobia phenomenon is still a very dangerous element against Albanians, a geopolitical problem, which concerns stability in the region. Meanwhile, we need to strengthen domestic national communication, the creation of clear regional economic platforms in the first place, but also as a more opportunity for the Western Balkans. Albanians do not deserve this long, tiring transition and this lack of major institutions in the country, which has led to confusion in the functioning of the legal state by creating sharp problems that in not a few cases have violated the constitution. Developing the upcoming parliamentary elections, fair and untapped, will be the basis for a new breath towards the EU for our country. The property procedure should be supported at any cost, but by selecting qualified judges and taking responsibility for their decisions. The same principle must be followed by politicians, to break off once and for all from the current culture of corruption that has eroded our system and prevents society from rising. This feels in the severe plague particularly noted in recent years, where thousands of families, young and old, are being forced to leave their homeland for a more dignified life toward the countries of the country. Western Europe. Brothers and sisters, once again I wish you a happy day of Albania, and with my heart I greet you with a greeting to you in all health and prosperity for you and your families. Yours, Leka II.
