Major “uncovers” Meta's dangerous scenario for forming government

The LSI chairman Monica Krygari is convinced that the united opposition will win on 25 April, even said Rama will be third or fourth in the election, as the first two countries are busy. Asked whether there would be a flow of parliamentary mandates if the SP came out first force [...]
Asked whether there would be a flow of parliamentary mandates if the SP came up with the first political force, the Grande replied: “The constitution says: the party with the winning coalition or the winning party.
Rama has no chance of being the first, third or fourth is coming out, because the first or second are busy. Don't be surprised when he tells you after a week that I don't get elected.
Rama was afraid to enter the election, you remember when he made a referendum with Ben Blushi. So we can't get rid of the fear of confronting the people”.
The chief is referring to Article 96 of the Constitution, revealing the Metes scenario as involuntarily after the 25 April elections, not mandated the first party to start negotiations and form the new cabinet government, unless 71 MPs are certified.
Article 96 of the Constitution says:
1. The president of the Republic, at the beginning of the legislature, as well as when the prime minister's country remains vacant, appoints the prime minister with the party's proposal or party coalition, which has the majority of seats in the Assembly.
2. If the appointed prime minister is not approved by the Parliament, the president appoints a new prime minister within 10 days.
3. If even the newly appointed prime minister is not approved by the Parliament, within 10 days the Parliament elects another prime minister. In this case the president appoints the new prime minister.
5. When the Assembly fails to elect the new prime minister, the president of the Republic distributes the country”.
So Meta tries that if Rama can't get 71 terms, he won't be mandated for the new government forum, not even the second party, but he'll propose himself a prime minister, according to Article 96 of the Constitution, and throw it into the Assembly for approval. Trying to avoid the SP that was historically the first party and Rama as prime minister.
If that name is not approved, then it distributes Parliament and passes the country into elections. Here it seems they have a source of Meta's threats that you will not accept the victory of this majority on April 25th!
Regarding the new Electoral Code, which was unilaterally adopted by the majority, the Grande said this code would not affect the opposition.
What I want to stress is that the Venice Commission issue has nothing to do with the vote in the box, but with vote calculations or how each of us will behave at the end of the day.
So the opposition strategy, despite the electoral code that parliament has approved of legislation, does not and does not influence the opposition's work to organise the 25 April vote boxes and punish the rebirth and assess the alternative of the united opposition”.(Empty)
