Lawyer Musa has said the indictment against former PDK leader Kadri Wessel is more like an article of former political journalists in Kosovo than a literal judicial act.
He's saying he didn't see anything new in the indictment and that he didn't hear today that he was suspected of killing political officers.
I haven't seen anything new in the indictment and specifically, today when I heard it suspected of killing political officers, rather the indictment resembles some of the political newspaper articles that have been in Kosovo than a genuine legal accusation. Despite the shortcomings of Kosovo's justice system and the accusatory body, I can say they are at a much more professional level on our prosecutors' charges than the charge that Kosovo opinion and world opinion have presented to them by Special Court Chambers”, Moisiu has said.
He has said that they are being used in court cases against KLA washing figures whose testimony is considered non-valide in UNMIK and EULEX courts. According to the judicial practices of the continental and Anglo-Saxon system, which applies to Europe, he has said no one person can be tried on any case twice. The same tests that have been used in a given case cannot be used.
