Mustafa reports in the media have described Periscope as untrue and that they do not help members of the KLA in The Hague, Periscopi broadcast.
He has come to the defense, Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha, saying such attacks must be halted.
His full response:
Dear citizens,
Albania stood by Kosovo in its most difficult times the road to liberation and statehood, both during the rule of Democrats and Socialists. Nine years I've been in exile, from 1990 to 1999, and I've experienced Albania as my home, my country.
I feel so bad since 2020 of “KLA. Such false structures do not help KLA members who are now in The Hague. They do not do good to the truth. They hurt Albanian harmony and solidarity in Albania and Kosovo, which we need more than ever before.
The Special Court did not make us Lulzim Basha, Sali Berisha, ... But to decide the Kosovo Assembly. If Kosovo did it, the UN Security Council would decide. Albania has no hand or fraud in this decision, nor in the judicial processes that took place after the war.
It must have been an honor to have Albanians from Albania in the UNMIK mission, as well as Kosovars. It was a very specific help.
Balloting people for no sound reason and without arguments is not the way to protect KLA values, the values of our state and the Albanian state. They need to stop such attacks because they're hurting us. IM
