Incredibly happy: Shpend Ahmeti announces opening of competition for Concertal Hall

Pristina Chairman Shpend Ahmeti, today along with Culture Director Blerta Bashalli, has unveiled details about the project, as he put it, adapting the former Grima facility for the concert hall.

According to Ahmeti, the international competition for the architectural design of this concertal hall will open next week and will last 75 days.

This project will store the legacy elements that this object has by adapting to the Concertal Hall, which will have a large hall with 800 seats and a small hall with 200 seats. The professional jury, which will make the selection of projects, will have international members and the first prize will be rewarded at 50,000 euros”, Pristina chairman wrote on Facebook.

Ahmeti, further says the concertal hall will be a host of the community of local and international artists and will enrich and improve the quality of Pristina's cultural life.
