The chief of deputies of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Arben Gashi, says they are working with coalition partners and opposition parties for passing the Economic Repurchasing Law.

Gashi says they expect positive news for passing this law. “We are working on passing the Law on Economic Recovery. We expect positive news days to follow --”, Gashi told Blic.

The law on economic recovery has been put to the polls nearly ten times, but without success.

Weeks earlier, this law was passed on first reading, but then the issue was stuck in second reading. To pass this law, MPs must majority vote again.

The Economic Recovery Law envisions a series of aid to businesses and citizens. This law also presents the possibility of attracting 10 percent from the Trust.
