EULEX chief, through a post in his account at '%Titter's, has been left disappointed with the location where the Serbian police and customs are staying.
“Unlike a similar common crossing point (ZTP) in Merdare, Serbian police and customs are still sitting in old containers and poorly equipped”, he has said.
Merdarja and Mutimeoda are among the six points of common crossings Belgrade and Pristina have agreed to act on in the Technical Protocol. IBM reached in 2012 in Brussels.
The EU, from the IBMA agreement, has asked both countries for high infrastructure preparation at border points with joint management.
Funding the projects coming out of the IMBUE is the EU.
