The Appeals Court in Kosovo has confirmed the Constitutional Court's decision to postpone the return to work of Basri Sejdiu, former director of the University Clinical Hospital Service in Kosovo (SHSKUK).
Appeals' decision has been deemed unfounded by the Labour Inspectorate and Sejdiu's complaints about his return to the position of USKUK director.
“refused groundless, complaints of the indictee- counterproposed Ministry of Labour and Social Goods ʹ Labour Inspectorate, 02.11.2020, and complaints of interested party Basri Sejdiu, 05.11.2020, while the Act of the Constitutional Court in Pristina ) the Department of Administration Issues, Anr-1690/20, 14,10.20, proves”, states the Act of Appeal.
Sejdiu was dismissed from his position by the USKKUK Board, saying he had poor performance. He had later complained about his return to the Labour Inspectorate.
