The issue of privatising Social Enterprise asset has become a topic of debate in Kosovo. For allegations about this process, mainly at its beginnings a parliamentary investigative commission has also been initiated.
Former KLA commanders, their family members, party leaders, politicians, have paid large sums of money to privatise social enterprise assets. The list of sales of social companies that the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) has published has highlighted former commanders' names and large sums of money paid during the process, the news writes.net.
The name of Ilaz Selimi, brother of Vetevendosje Movement MP Rexhep Selimi, is also on the AKP's list.
In post-war Kosovo, but even before it, Ilazi has played a key role in political and national processes.
By means of a special propin approach, in the privatisation process, in 2006 it privatised the seed factory in Kline, worth 200 thousand euros.

Duhanaj's breast, a citizen from Kline, had contracted the AKP on August 7th 2009. The contract was linked the same day to Selimi, having belonged to the same company, but the site was in the village of Bindja, not Jasanica. Unlike Selimi, tobacco 1 gold has bought it for 16 euros and 52 cents, or 1651 euros and 58 cents a hectare. The entire land purchased was 1, 409, 207,00 m2 bought for 232,740 euros.
But in the village of Jashanica, from the social company “Agricultural Development Malizhgan” had purchased land from NPT “Glareva”. Malishgan in the hands of Selims
Hisse on the land of the “Agricultural Producing Malzhgan” includes the family of former KLA Chief Staff Commander Sylejman Selimi, who is son of Rexhep Selimi's uncle.

From company “KB Lavra - Old Director” has been privatised an administrative building along with land. Its value was 101 thousand and 101 euros.
