According to”News4Jax”, the judge, Gilbert Feltel Jr, has found between 35 years of prison wanted by the state and 15 years required by the defence, along with rehabilitation, the Periscope broadcasts.
During the two-hour hearing, Paskel added that he was 17-year-old at the time of the incident and apologized, saying he was a <x0-> a man willing to take responsibility for the mistakes he had made as a child. ”
