Often we also find ourselves making mistakes with fluids and getting more glucose than our bodies need (especially when we do not have the necessary knowledge of the amount needed by your body).
Even though it is not surprising, nutritionists insist on taking care of the amount of salt and sugar because they are great contributors to weight gain. While the fluids you do not have to drink at dinner to get a good night's rest but also to avoid adding more pounds, they may be surprises.

Stay as far away from milk as possible. Greed can cause digestive problems when you are actually trying not to add more. Lactose is sugar, and it can cause up in the middle of the night because of hunger. Just don't do it!

Coffee. You know, it's not a good idea to drink at dinner. Like milk, coffee keeps you up for a long time. Sleep deprivation is also a cause for eating something else later. Instead of coffee, you pick the green one, whatever the chamomili, or other soothing (no sugar), that help you sleep.
