In the announcement published on the Special Court page, it is announced that prosecutor Jack Smith will speak at the conference at 1500 o'clock.
Mustafa, was arrested on 24 September in Pristina by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office under a warrant for arrest, order for transfer and confirmed indictment, issued by a Kosovo Special Chambers Pre-Procedure Court.
In his first appearance before court on 28 September, former member of Sali Mustafa's KLA said he wants to consult his lawyer before being found guilty or innocent.
