Beshi graduated from the University of Pristina Faculty of Juryddic in 2006, and in 2014 he took the jurisdictional test.
From February 2011 until June 2017, he worked as a senior reference to the Constitutional Court in Prizren, while in 31.07.2017 he was appointed judge at the Constitutional Court in Prizren.
Beshi was once football player “Liberty” of Prizren, while by the beginning of 2011 he was secretary of this club.
