Working in the Post, receiving social aid from the state: 30 days detention for Gjilanas

The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants B. M.

There is doubt that, the defendant in the quality of the official at the Kosovo Post in Gjilan, with the aim of illegal property gains during October 2020, has adopted the social aid of some people, worth 1,700.

With these actions, defendant B. M. It is allegedly committed criminal acts tasked with the act sanctioned by the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The pre-procedure judge at the Department of Internal Crimes, after holding the hearing, has considered that legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants have been met, as the appointment of other alternative measures would hinder normal criminal procedure development.

The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
