Mytaher Haskuka scandal: The former school principals paid for no work at all

Promises of better education changes made by Haskuka and his party Vetevendosje! to come to power not only, not only, but things went in the opposite direction.

President President Haskuka, who is also a university professor, during his rule, will also be remembered for the degradation of education. According to the opposition, there is no competition in education, which has started and ended without proximity. Haskuka has been criticised for the challenge in recruiting school managers, leaving the director's (u.d) majority with dands (u.d) and some with Zv/ director's .d.

Among the mayor's scandals was that of August, when, on the eve of the start of the school year, without announcing a contest under the law, he dismissed several school principals, who, although having expired contracts, replacing those without competitions with preferred teachers, even having none of the main pre-management criteria.

While in this case there are complaints from the downloaders and that the process is being followed by lawyers, Prizren's “Gazeta” suggests that several Vice Directors of Schools in the absence of systeming in new jobs, as provided by law in case of contract exemptions, have continued to receive the same pay despite staying at home.

The case is that of former TV director “leka Duka Dukaagjini”, Hysamedin Beshi, who has expired the contract in early April while continuing to be paid in this position, at least by the end of September without working anywhere.

Another case is that Vjollca Bytyci, formerzv/Director at “Mestafa Bakiu”, which has expired contracts in August, but has not yet been arranged. According to sources, neither has Hilmi Rexha, former director of return “Haziz Tolaj”.

Likewise paid to Aferdita Sahin by shfmu “Fadil Hisari” that was recently arranged and Nadije Ayzai from school to Zhur, but the portal has failed to provide accurate data on the number of wages taken.

It will stress that the already mentioned schools have been left without deputy directors.

The portal “Gazeta of Prizren” on these issues has asked for clarifications from the Directorate for Education, but despite the nearly two weeks' waiting, there was no answer, as opposed to the case when it was asked about the individuals infected in the municipality schools, when the answer was in broad daylight.

In this case, should responsibility be asked for such budgetary burdens?

As expected, the education sector was among the main challenges where President Haskuka not only failed to preserve it as it was, but during his rule the situation deteriorated. Haskuka, who has pledged depoliticisation of education, has been criticised by the opposition for extreme politicisation.

In the first two years of government, he has changed two directors of this sector, naming at the end of the third, Xhemile Thaqi-Sevezins, whom the opposition has accused of failing to commit to this area, since he has never worked in education. During Haskuka's rule, because of the situation in education, the Communist Parliament as never before, for two and a half years it has had to meet at least twice for extraordinary meetings.

It is noteworthy that except for a competition for school principals in September 2018, when the DKA led the Initiative, Haskuka and Vetevendosje have not been able to elect any school director or deputy director, while for this, the opposition has criticised that some Sosh is leading more than six months, or in violation of the law.

A record-breaking case that will be long remembered is medical school “Luciano Motron” in Prizren, where four directors of the director's task have been appointed in the past two years.
