Moliq calls Zgjim Hysen's interview by police as unbelievable because of Special

Moliqaj has named such a move by the country's police as untrustworthy and absurd “until he denies that the decision to call Hysen is made by the pressure of the Special Court.

He says member The PSD has been summoned to the police for interviewing simply because of a statement given to the media after the action in question, Periscope follows.

Even Hyseni himself has expressed surprise at the Kosovo police action.

The PSD had held an action to contest the legality of this court, which has expired the mandate early this year's summer.

The PSD has held a symbolic action last week. We went to the offices of the Specialised Chambers in Pristina to protest about the continuation of their work under the conditions of lack of mandate. Nothing happened, the action was carried out without incident.

Absurd and somewhat unbelievable activating the Kosovo Police to invite Zgjim Hysen into the interview. He's been invited simply because he's given media prononcing to show the message of activity. Similar shares in front of other institutions have developed now how long. But there was no chase because there was no reason. I don't want to believe that in any form this is Special Court pressure. Of the latter I would also expect, but Kosovo institutions cannot become arbitrary applicants of the discipline of citizens who speak and write against this judgment.
