The historical decision for a better future for the authors of our country's creators. Today, the government Hoti has decided on adopting general tariffs for the exploitation of protected matter and copyright with the retransmitting case, through which fair compensation is established and adequate for authors, creators and investors of audio-visual works. With this decision, a functional copyright system allows rights holders for their actions, as well as fulfils the obligation to implement intellectual property rights that comes out of Article 77 and 78 of the SAA”, has written Dumi on Facebook.
