And this discovery was for people who consumed only two quick food packages a week.
Another study published in the Journal of Adolescence Health found that eating only one ration of fast food a week during adolescence increased the risk of breast cancer by 27% later.
And a study published in Circulation found that eating fast food once a week increases the risk of dying from coronary heart disease by 20%, a risk that rose to 50% for people who eat fast food twice or three times a week.
