Hakki Rugova appears today before Court

Istog Mayor Haki Rugova will have his first face in court today after his arrest.

Lawyer Besnik Berisha has made that known, who has said that what the prosecution has said in this case is not true.

Rugova, meanwhile, has been arrested under suspicion of misusing official office, giving the Communists land family.

A stonebreaker is the reason for Istog's arrest.

He allegedly gave a public parcel to his family, who are in charge of the event.

Besides Rugova, police have detained the former mayor for 48 hours and other officials.

Some criminal acts are burdening them.

However, someone is believing that the actions of municipal officials were entirely legal.

The deputy chairman of the Istog municipality, Agim Ademiaj, has said the decision on this parcel was taken by the municipal assembly.

Consequently, the mayor is innocent.

This is not the first time Rugova faces justice. He is being tried by the Peja Court for criminal acts of conflict of interest.
