The Republic of Kosovo's “Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, today at a consultative meeting with Foreign Affairs Minister Melza Haradinaj Stublla, as the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo defines, gave his consent to submit to the president for the opening of the diplomatic mission in Israel”, the report said.
Hoti, according to the Government's announcement, has stressed that Israel is Kosovo's strategic partner and that establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries comes as a result of the September 4th White House agreement.
