Facebook spokesman Andy Stone confirmed that the company removed the post for breaking its rules on deinformation, writes CNN.
The president also posted the same message on Twitter. This post is still public, but Twitter has conveyed a message to the post saying it violates the company's rule of spreading fraudulent information about Coddy-19.
In August, Facebook and Twitter removed a post from Trump for the content of false claims concerning Coddy-19. The post contained a video of the president during an interview with Fox News, in which he wrongly claimed that children are “almost imua” against the virus.
