Health Minister Armend Zemaj has been addressed to citizens with a public letter.
Zemaj through a post on the social Facebook network thanks citizens for never getting tired of coming here and that thanks to citizens we can adjust to the seven best management countries for COVID-19.
Among other things, Zemaj says they are working on creating conditions for all doctors who want to be inside public health institutions and thus not allow the departure of our doctors abroad.
The citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, every time and at all times, needs good health services, deserves health insurance, seasonal vaccines, but also for those against Avid 19, more mammography checks and order in clinics, QKMF and hospitals, medicines and conditions in operating halls, preventing infections and as short as waiting for surgery or expert control”.

Letter to the citizens of my country!
Dear citizens, my fellow Fathers yesterday, today and tomorrow,
I'm grateful you never got tired of standing on our backs to get here where we are. Thanks to you, today, we can take pride in being in the 7 countries with the best management of Covid 19 and believing deep in you, I'm convinced that we will succeed and defeat this virus.
Aware that at times we have been able to be even boring by repeating the request for respect for antiopcid measures, thank you for your patience.
And over the last 24 hours, 53 citizens have won the battle with the Tyvid 19 virus, while 680 tests have been conducted, positive have resulted in 49, while unfortunately we have two lives lost.
Bringing regulations, decisions and instructions against the virus will be followed by implementation, otherwise, total institutional and civic commitment will not produce expected results, complete victory.
Beyond the management of Pandemia and the focus on combating the Tyvid 19 virus, along with my team, health professionals and associates, I have never put other obligations to the health system behind me.
Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, each and every time, need good health services, deserves health insurance, seasonal vaccines, but also for those against Covid 19, more mammography checks and order in clinics, QKMF and hospitals, medicines and conditions in operating halls, preventing infections, and as short as waiting for surgery or professional control.
I know that you worry about taking a trip abroad for treatment, grief over doctors who leave, and nurses who learn foreign languages to go somewhere, aggressiveness against medical staff, offenses at doctors ' work, you know. It's not easy. However, this year the public health system has been added to 1,500 specialists.
We are doing everything we can to create conditions not to leave our doctors abroad and with opportunities for all doctors specialists who want to be within public health institutions.
I understand your concern, and many of you are right about what you say, but my clear vision and devotion are the traits that describe my work.
Dear citizens,
We owe honest work, dedicated to public health and health care to martyrs who fell for this country, contributors to freedom and deliverance, to our parents, to our brothers and sisters, but also to the children we want to raise here with advanced health and health well - being.
A few days ago, at my request, I reported to the Health Commission, and each time I will be ready to report to lawmakers in any form because being transparent and accountable, we are able to see the jobs we've done and the things ahead.
This is a big challenge for all of us, primarily for policymakers and policymakers, so even through this letter to you honourable citizens, I call on former health ministers, but also for the opposition to be co-operative with us, to improve the health of Kosovo.
Finally, I want to thank donors, friendly countries, who for one moment left us alone, made it easier for us to accelerate our goal of better, more accessible, and more modern health for all our citizens.
Thank you.
Together we do it!
Put your mask on!
Keep your hygiene!
Keep your distance!
