The great number of citizens on Monday morning have been trained by the National Institute of Public Health to receive results and analysis for Ovid-19.
They have not respected the measures taken by the government to keep physical distance.
They have refused to be declared, while after the interest in taking a stand on this issue they have begun to disperse.
While Health Minister Armend Zemaj has said that the decline in the number of infected and deaths from COVID-19 has facilitated everyone, especially the health staff, but it still needs great care.
Zemaj further added that the decision can only be returned to quarantine if they lose control of the care.
