Nine Albanian footballers to play for European giants in Champions League

All the attention behind the draw of the lot was to the G group where Barcelona and Juvenus are in the same group and there will be confrontations with both football kings, Cristino Ronaldos and Lionel Mess.

However, what Albanian fans care about is our footballers across Europe who are having many successes.

For the new edition nine, the number of Albanians will be in the group phase.

These nine football players are divided into five groups, where Lazio has the largest number of Albanians.

The two goalkeepers Thomas Strakosha and Marco Alia are part of the capitalist club, along with Riza Durmish and Vedat Muriqi, who weeks ago joined the Italian club.

For all these footballers, this will be the first time they'll play the Champions League groups.

Lazio has a truly passed group, as he will face Russian giant Zen St Petersburg, Borussia Dortmund and Belgium champions Club Brugge.

Strakosha is an undisputed title to Lazio, while numerous minutes are expected to include Vedat Muriqi.

As for Riza Durmish, his future at Lazio is still in question, but he figures as a current whitejack football player.

The smallest odds of playing in groups with Lazio have the new Albanian goalkeeper Marco Alia, who is the third goalkeeper after Strakosha and Pepe Reina.

Myrto Uzun is the most pleasant surprise of his Ferencvaros, as the Hungarian team has eliminated many large teams into groups.

The Hungarian giant along the way eliminated Dyrdarden, Celtic, Dinamo Zagreb and Molden.

Ferencivaros will be in Group G along with Barcelona, Juventos and Danamo Kiev, while Albanian National Star Myrto Uzun is considered the best player of this team.

Two other Albanian footballers will be in Group A, where they will carry the Red Bull Salzburg fan.

The word is for defender Albert Ballci and assailant Mergim Berisha playing for the Austrian giant.

Salzburg will have hard work in this group, as it will face Europe's current champion, Bayern Munich.

In addition to Bayern in Salzburg, Moscow's A Group A are both Atletico Madrid and Lokomotiva.

And in Group D, an Albanian confrontation is reserved.

England's champion, Liverpool, takes place in this group along with Ajax, Atalanta and Middleland.

The Reds have in their ranks the most successful Albanian footballer, Gerdan Shaqiri, who has won the Champions League trophy twice.

And on the other side of Atalanta is Albania's best defender, Berat Gjimshi, who for the second year is part of the Champions League groups.

It is expected to be a very interesting duel between Gjimshi and Shaqiri.

Up to these moments, however, nine are the number of Albanian football players who will play in groups, but that number could be added.

The transitional deadline for the footballers' transfer ends on 5 October, while the 32 participating teams can transfer any football players.
