The serious event took place Thursday afternoon in Pefka, Thessaloniki, while the Albanian was cutting a tree in the courtyard of a house on the Propylaion road.
According to information from Thestival, the worker in still unclear circumstances has fallen down the stairs, receiving serious injuries. An ambulance went to the scene, but unfortunately the Albanian had passed away.
The 50-year-old was the father of four children and worked to adorn the gardens of several houses in the Pefka area.
