No country in the world has enough human capacity and hospital infrastructure to cope with increased cases due to accountability if not to implement already single recommendations worldwide: MASCA, DISCACA, HIGIA!
Today, 281 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed. This is a record number so far. Last week's number of cases has suffered distressing increases as a direct consequence of neglect of the measures.
Since the relief of measures for several activities has begun, we have traced new cases of COVID-19, adding to the risk of outbreaks of new epidemic sites in several Kosovo municipalities and to institutions and branches of the economy, due to disrespect of the distance and failure to wear masks.
These days are seen the increased flow of citizens throughout Kosovo. This is dangerous behavior and the ease of movement does not mean disrespecting the recommendations of the National Institute and the Health Ministry.
The lack of care of some citizens during these movements and activities increases the risk of spreading infection as long as the SARS-COV-2 virus is present and the health system can be overloaded with unscheduled effects to the extent that I can pose a risk to citizens' lives.
The implementation of recommendations by the National Institute and the Ministry of Health is a duty and must make every citizen of the Republic of Kosovo to preserve itself, relatives and others.
The National Institute is paying attention to the epidemiological situation with COVID-19 has already been nine months without interrupting 24 hours.
We prefer to citizens, public and private institutions, businesses, gastronomia, to strictly respect physical distance, use of masks, disinfectation and ventilation of the premises, and avoid the eventual spread of infection and avoid spread in closed spaces.
The sources of infection are distributed to public, private institutions, agencies, household schools that have access to jobs everywhere in public and private institutions, gastronomy, supermarkets, where the destructive part is seen without masks in workplaces.

We know that citizens need daily services, so we appeal to stick to ICHPK's recommendations in applying safeguards, thereby maintaining their health, patients and all citizens of the country.
