Shala wants Conjufca to step down: It makes sense to negotiate so long without agreement

LDK chairmanship member Kujtim Shala said in Blic Interview that the Vetevendosje Movement was wrong with the presidential vote. According to him, the VV had to wait a few more days, since that position had to be given to LDK, under a co-government agreement. “We are on the first proposal, we are asking that [...]
According to him, the VV had to wait a few more days, since that position had to be given to LDK, under a co-government agreement.
“We are to propose the first, we are seeking to reflect the will of the people. It was a step of Vetevendosje and we supported it. Vetevendosje candidate was voted without agreement, but we had a pledge to vote the candidate if proposed by them. The Vetevendosje movement had not to propose the candidate, it had to wait”, he said.
A few weeks after the selection of Glauk Konjufca as Chief Parliamentary, Shala now says the whole situation has been blocked in this post, from which she expects the VV to give up, otherwise it is meaningless according to him not to reach agreement after three months of negotiations.
“Give up the Parliament's mandate is standing in the middle. There's no point negotiating for months and failing to conclude the” agreement, Shala said.
On the other hand, questioned about his communication with VV deputy head Besnik Bislimi, Shala has denied having told him he will be forced to reach the agreement.
I haven't been part of the LDK negotiating team and I don't know all the details within the negotiations, and I think the details make no sense unless the agreement is finalised. The confessions are looking like the cartoon of that process. By providing accurate details, they damage the process. A finalised agreement breaks out all negotiation details.
Now I haven't had that form of communication”, Shala said.
