The ombudsman has prosecuted in the Constitutional Court the SBASK's request to revote the decision on the provisional measure of suspension of the Law of Salaries.

The people's “have announced that the demand of municipal educational institutions of education, signed by members of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture ( The U.S.A.B.A.H.K., addressed the ombudsman to revote decision no. KO 219/19 for the provisional measure of the Constitutional Court, dated 12 December 2019, over the provisional suspension of the wage law, has been prosecuted at the Constitutional Court. SBASK expresses respect for this commitment to the ombudsman”.

The SBASK, the Health Union, Police, Customs and Firefighters are also at the conclusion of the preparation of a joint letter to address the Constitutional Court on behalf of their membership, which concerns the application for revote of the decision for the provisional extent of suspension of the wage law”.
