Academyist Rexhep Qosja, in an opinion published on his Facebook page, guilty of failing to create Kosovo's new government has made the Democratic League of Kosovo.
Qosja says it is the policy of LDK chairman Isa Mustafa and others outside LDK who want to prevent Vetevendosje from becoming a historic political force, which will accomplish the people's will for changing the situation that is panting Kosovo.
The academy says the post of future Kosovo president, who will be elected in 2021, has become the main cause, not the only one, that the two parties that have launched coalition-building talks are failing to form that coalition and are failing to create state institutions.
While underlining that Albin Kurti at the party's chairmanship meeting had proposed Dishesion and Murat Jasharin as the potential candidate for the post of Kosovo president.

PI DON'T FIGHT
Selective Anthology
1.
The first two days of this year, some of our TVs did the anthology of figures and events, of doing and of the most important actions of the past 12 months. Only political people and just events, actions, and political advances were seen in this anthology.
No intellectual, no scientist, no Albanologist, no writer, no artist, no director, no composer and, subsequently, no novel, no drama, no visual arts exhibition, no film, no theatre performances.
Kosovo of this anthology was desert. I thought: Kosovo is caught by the political-media coalition, mind-minded, corrupt, selfish, unconscious, irresponsible, vulnerable to culture, civilisation, identity, today and the future of Kosovo!
Political Concept of Salvation
2.
Nearly all our media gave the incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's statement, in which it was said that Albin Kurti's political perception of “is fraud”. I thought: How could that political concept be fraud, which instead of a privatised state, instead of a state of political millionaires, enriched by political posts, instead of a country in which we call extortion, fraud, extortion, usurpation, nepotisms, corruptions have become system, Kosovo would make the rule of social law, the state in which we call what we call national and what we call citizens, state-states, in which the first country is donated to the non-state, rule of law, and the institutions of law and institutions in the country of personal governance. When Kosovo and Albania become countries like this, they will not suffer from crises from which I am suffering in so often and so much. The concept that the incumbent calls the concept of fraud is actually the concept of saving the state of Kosovo and its democracy.
Our diplomacy
3.
Many nongovernmental organisations and many citizens are mourning the situation in the Kosovo Foreign Ministry since it has been formed. Why not mourn when the largest number of those who make up the embassies of our consulates in the world are party members, when a large number of them are the closest or most distant relatives of high officials, of the political millionaires, and, these who complain about this situation in the ministry ask the question: can our foreign policy be successful when the criterion for selecting its diplomats is not providing professional skills, knowledge of general culture, political experience of countries which will serve their various ties, but under different kinds of sorts over the relationship party, the region of personal interest and debt! The answer is known.
Future Kosovo Chairman
4.
The post of the next Kosovo chairman, to be elected in 2021, has become the main cause, not the only one, that the two parties that have launched coalition-building talks are failing to establish that coalition and are failing to create state institutions. The party that came second in the election, the LDK, although second, wants to be not equal but privileged in the institutions to be created! In addition to the five ministries, the first party to win the election -- the VV -- and the post of Speaker of the Parliament -- wants to have the post of chairman of Kosovo!
It's a wonder of wonders! You're a second party, you mean. The party you've won the elections to create the government and ask for you to be in state-run party institutions with the two highest positions, the post of Parliament Speaker and the post of head of state! Where does this happen?
The LDK chairman who for many observers of our political affairs leaves the impression of the LDK usurper today, is also wanting the post of Kosovo chairman: it is still safe for himself or any other member of this party.
The blame for not creating the government of the Republic of Kosovo today, let's not look for it, so here and there, but where it is: it's in the policy of LDK chairman Isa Mustafa. And, of those outside the LDK who want to prevent Vetevendosje from becoming a historic political force, which will accomplish people's will for changing the situation that is gasping Kosovo, that Kosovo's state-run marshland flooded with corruption, nepotism, organised crime, injustice, efforts to find salvation in the world its youth, primitive despotism will heal and make it a healthy state, modern democrat, worthy of living free and worthy of living in.
Politics and Science
5.
Just before the New Year, Albania's chairman, Ilir Meta, said: it is time to listen to scientists, not serviles.
It is this statement that has never been heard in Albanian politics over the past 30 years.
It is a very, very late historical statement, but rather delayed than forgotten forever.
Albanian politicians in general rely on many countries at many angles, on many things, both good and bad, but on science as though they have not only had the desire to rely, but they have never thought of doing so!
Albania is a state of tradition and state experience, and Kosovo is a new state without that tradition and without this experience, but neither Albania nor Kosovo, sʹte want the involvement of scientists and people of knowledge in politics, and skh see neither the need nor useful scientific data for policymaking. Because of this, political decisions, political results, often cause obstacles and regrets, injuries, and disappointments. How long?
Since these five subjects were briefly presented by a few sentences, I am adding one sentence to author Jean Daniel Roh: the world of science must join with the adoption of political decisions.
If political decisions are not based on knowledge-advanced data, on accurate scientific research, their validity is very often short-term, while more often they happen to make damaging, depressing political decisions.
As it is!
