Italian police have arrested M. Morina (known name for proofreading), suspected of killing his cousin Erion Morina, 20, of Drinoci of Malisheva, whose lifeless body was found on the Kalko River in Italy.
According to Italian media, M. Morina is the cousin of the victim, who was her age and with her had moved to Italy a few years earlier.
Italian media report that M. Morina was arrested by police the day the murder occurred, but his arrest was only announced last night.
The causes of the death of the 20-year-old, who when found in the canal, had head injuries, allegedly caused by a cutting tool, have not yet been clarified. To determine whether Erion Morina died of injuries or fell into the canal, autopsies of his lifeless body have been ordered.
To remind the 20-year-old, at the scene of yesterday's event, his friends placed some bouquets of flowers and candles.
Italian citizens and neighbors of the building attended his memorial, where the victim had lived for six months along with his cousin M.Morina, suspected of his murder.
