At the Pristina Constitutional Court today, there have continued hearings in which the accused are giving the final word of the accused in the case known as “People's Eye”.
In this case, Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Behxhet Luzha, Halim Halimi, Bajrush Konjusha, Murat Jashari and Rexhep Toplana are accused of criminal acts of preparing terrorist or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
Yesterday prosecutor Sylla Hoxha has given his final word demanding that the accused be found guilty. Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has resigned from prosecution for Freedom Luza and Sabit Berisha.
