U.S. forces in Middle East have been placed Monday night in maximum alert.
Citing two sources, CNN reports reported that the alarm was issued after a movement of Iranian fears was observed, which should be dropped by American antiquities in the event of an attack.
US intelligence has observed Iran's military equipment movements, including hand and ballistic missiles, in recent days. American officials say these movements can be made by Iran to secure military equipment from a potential US attack, or to be placed in positions to attack US bases.
“There was tissue that we should monitor the threat even closer than we have done so far”, a US official for CNN declared as far as the alarm was sounded Monday evening. The second official has stated that the “all Patriot missiles and military forces were placed at maximum alert against any threat of a quick attack”.
Tensions in the Middle East continue to be high due to the murder of Iranian General Qasem Solejman by American forces. Iran has warned of responses to the United States.
