Pristina municipality Inspectorate Director Adonis Tahiri said most of this object is on leave, but that the last floor is without permission, so they have made decisions about its collapse.
Tahiri said the side has been announced 15 days earlier in order to execute its own destruction of overbuilding, but since it has not been destroyed, the Inspection has intervened.
The largest part of this object is by permission, but in recent weeks it has begun to freeze another floor without permission, the Inspection has been several times at the scene, has put on tape, undertaken all legal measures, the side has ignored them, and has continued construction. On January 6th, it has been handed down and given a 15-day deadline to execute the collapse itself, but if it continues with work, the inspection must certainly intervene immediately and before that deadline. The side has continued, and this week it has set the floor table”, Tahiri said.
According to him, construction tends to be illegal, but since 2019 dozens of collapses have occurred.
Pristina municipality Chief Inspector Adonis Tahiri about the project at Lake Badovci, not giving too much detail, said the construction company has not yet applied for construction permits.
“Ende have neither applied for permission, so this is quite another matter”, Tahiri said.
