Initiative says Limaj did not meet with Vetevendosje Svecla

The Social Democrat Initiative through a public reaction has denied that the chairman of this party, Fatmir Limaj, has met with Vetevendosje Movement leadership member Jedal Svecla.

As Limaj's party emphasises, the latter, during meeting with European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy High Representative Joseph Borrell, has also greeted representatives of all political parties, but that there has been no special meeting with LV official.

Perskopi sources, meanwhile, have indicated that a meeting between Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj and VV deputy Jelal Svechla was held in the Offices of the Parliamentary Group of Kosovo.

According to this source, co-operation between the Initiative and the VV for the government coalition has been discussed at the meeting and the possibility that the Initiative will help the eventual coalition between the VV and the LDK on the president's issue.

Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj, today in the Kosovo Parliament environments, along with political party leaders, has held a meeting with the European Union's High Representative, Mr. Josep Borrell.

Mayor Limaj at this meeting has greeted all party leaders who were present at the meeting. But there has been no separate meeting with any representatives of political subjects in Kosovo, as reported in some media during today.
