Mr. Kurti and his party have the main responsibility. It is up to the first party to have human and spiritual powers to reach agreement with the LDK. I think the wrong key step was that Konjufca was nominated without coalition partners. In democracy, the first party, the second party, has room for non-Albanian minorities, but the opposition also has its share. I think the fight was the president. What I mean is, whatever government comes out in 2020, they need to know who's going to be president in 2021.
I am with what a prime minister and a president needs to establish balance. I'm not for president as a doll. The irony of what is happening in Kosovo is that these two parties in the past have hampered PDK's blocking you, but we're not blocked. This time they're blocking each other. We are very proud to have realised fair and democratic elections”, Hoxhaj said in News 24.
