“Institutions many times due to dynamics fail to pass judicial decisions. I want to explain that we are not against development, but this should not be done by drowning a public resort like Badovci Lake. Badovci Lake is the lake, which supplies part of Pristina with water, has been declared natural resources. The legal framework related to spatial development opportunities in the municipality of Pristina, the municipal development plan addresses Badoc Lake and Germine as a regional park”, Hoxha has said.
She said that the urban border is also determined through this plan.
The subx0> Along this plan is also defined urban borders and areas in question that have been provided construction conditions and is an area outside the urban border, it is not meant for construction, despite the new law on space planning, the area in question is not included. The question goes to the Pristina municipality on which the plan is based for granting spatial consent”, she said.
Hoxha called on the municipality of Pristina and the MMPH to present the documents they possess.
“I call on the municipality and the MMPH to come up with the documents they possess because there is pronounced pronosis that they say to”.
Hoxha has said it is in the interest that all sides sit at the table and discuss.
“The construction conditions are not issued to the ministry, and there is no legal basis, nor are municipalities granted permission for construction conditions”.
