Haziri gave $1m to those who know when the VV agreement will be signed

Democratic League of Kosovo deputy leader Lutfi Haziri has not indicated whether there will be a meeting today between VV leader Albin Kurti and LDK leader Isa Mustafa, but who said that after the election of the Parliament's chairman, a new situation has been imposed that requires patience for the talks to be exhausted [...]
He said the teams of both parties are working on reaching a governing coalition.
Any time it can happen, it's a matter that concerns two leaders, but teams are working inside. Teams are working within the clear definition of concrete commitments so that there really is proper and clearly defined role and responsibility so that there won't be a future one partner's unilateral actions or other partner. As for the LDK, there will never be unilateral actions, we have said and kept our word. If there are necessary actions to prevent the blocking of institutions, we have given our vote”, he said.
He said all options are being discussed following the situation created on December 26th, when LVV's Glauk Konjufca has been elected at the head of the Kosovo Assembly.
The options on the table are being discussed, the options already concern the new situation that was created after December 26th, the election of the Speaker of the Parliament and the constitutionalisation of the Parliament outside the agreement, but we respect the election procedures, so this new situation has imposed and requires little patience for the talks to be exhausted until the two sides under the principle of fair representation reach an agreement, which for the next four years defines the constitutional role of the two political subjects”, he said.
As for President Thaci's letter to LVV about sending the mandate's name to prime minister, Haziri said the president should wait until the name goes through the procedures.
The president must wait until the name goes by, the name will go according to procedures”, he said.
Asked whether the LDK would require the position of the head of the Assembly to be renegotiated, he said the agreement should be seen as package and as such should define responsibilities.
“does not concern a column or a segment or part of the agreement. The agreement as a whole is to be seen whether it is in the package and as such must define responsibility. We're in the final step, I believe, of making the whole process --”, he said.
However, asked when the agreement will be signed, Haziri indicated that it is a $1 million response.
“That's a $1 million response”, he said.
