Pope Francis has jokingly told a woman not to give it up after greeting pilgrims in front of his weekly general audience.
It was the first time he was walking in front of his worshippers after furiously attacking a woman in response to her capture of the arm she had taken on New Year's Day, writes The Guardian, following Periscope.
While Francis welcomed pilgrims within the papal audience at the Vatican, a nun stretched her hands toward him trying to get attention.
In response he had said: “I'm scared! Does it bite? I'll kiss you, but stay calm. ”
The pope had apologized for the “bad example” after a video last week that was viral, acknowledging that he sometimes lost his patience. /Periscope
