“in our school has stopped teaching all day for these main reasons: It was the decision of the Minister of Education to create conditions for every school in the Republic of Kosovo, and then to start this system in all schools of the country; b) not to discriminate against the teachers where some work only 4 hours of ours by eight and a half hours (for two years' time working) and finally have the same salary; c) because even though we have had the best spaces and conditions in Kosovo, still that we haven't had the actual system and we haven't had the conditions (started from additional spaces) to the extra <1x> to the teachers of support, Maliqi said.

Maliki left the programme has not coincided with schools that have been in this system.

He says that whenever the decision is made by the ministry and after the optimum conditions are provided for such a system they welcome it.

We remember, that the United Education, Science and Culture Union had reacted to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology about the idea of implementing whole-day teaching in Kosovo schools.
