Embassy Shows Which Persons Can Seek Job in Germany

The German Embassy's Information Office in a response given to “Zerin” has announced that it has already disclosed the conditions and specifics that Kosovo citizens must meet, aiming to employ in this state after March of this year.

According to the Embassy, the Law about the Imigration of Qualified Workers' Power, expected to take effect in March, enables qualified workers in professional education from states outside the European Union (third) to emigrate more easily in the future towards Germany. Even after the introduction of this law, existing legal definitions for qualified employees with high-school/university degrees will continue to remain valid.

According to the German Embassy in Pristina, for entry into Germany in order to launch an employment relationship or job research will continue to be needed by visa equipment, which citizens must apply to the German Embassy.

The professional force qualified under the new law is considered individuals graduates of universities, as well as those with professional qualifications known in Germany. “As a qualified workforce, graduates are considered at universities, as well as persons with a qualification in professional education, known in Germany. Employment is only possible in the profession for which you previously received the proper qualifications. A professional degree is usually seen as qualified and is known if in Germany it would be taken after a two-year period of professional education”, the embassy's clarification is said to be further explained.

But unqualified job seekers or unrecognized professional qualifications in Germany still apply to the rules thus far. Further, the Embassy explains that the qualifications must first be recognised and then submitted visa requirements. Qualified seekers must start this procedure in time and this may be done before the introduction of new regulations in March 2020.

“Once you receive the official announcement of recognition of the qualifications and have a concrete offer for a job in Germany, you can apply as a qualified visa workforce so that you can come to Germany and exercise professional activity that you qualify for”, it is further said.

Terminents at the Embassy can only be assigned if the individual possesses recognition of the degree on professional, responsible university degree.
