Abrashi has said the Assembly is the highest institution and should not be traded with the post of Speaker of the Parliament.
He has said in Debat Plus that the LDK's offer has expired the day they did not propose their name to the Speaker of the Parliament.
The LDK's request for balance of power expired at the moment the LDK refused. It is unacceptable to remove Konjufca from the post of vice president of the Parliament”, he said.
According to him, Kosovo has the Speaker of the Parliament who is Glauk Konjucfa and that this is not discussed.
