On the same day as the indictment was set up, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the branch in Drenas, has sentenced accused Remzi Grguri to six months' imprisonment, after he has pleaded guilty to having convicted Drensian Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci.
During Friday, the initial hearings were held, after which the indictment was declared after the accused pleaded guilty.
Under the trial pronounced by the court judge, Shefqet Baleci, accused Grguri, has been pronounced a six-month prison sentence, with orders for surveillance by the testing service.
According to him, the prison sentence will not be executed unless the accused in the two-year term commits another criminal offence.
He has also been ordered to fulfill the obligation to give up contact with the injured Ramiz Ladrovci, where the duration of one year has been scheduled for this obligation.

Otherwise, after reading the indictment by prosecutor Musa Mehaj, the accused has pleaded guilty, saying that the message he had written to Ladrovci had socialized, for he had been a fellow fighter.
He has expressed regret over the case, promising he will no longer commit such criminal acts.
The guilty plea has been hired by prosecutor Mehej, as well as his defense attorney under authorship, Gafurr Elshani.
Meanwhile, the court has rejected the prosecution's request for the appointment of the detention measure against him as he has been under ban from January 22nd 2020.

According to the indictment, on January 22, 2020, around 3:30, the defendant through a message from his phone has seriously taken the mayor of the Drenas municipality, Ramiz Ladrovci, to his phone.
In the indictment it is said that the defendant has acted in a way that initially expressing disappointment over his failure to hire him as a teacher, had asked the injured to cancel an internal contest, which was opened by the Municipal Education Directorate and then continued by sending SMS to the words “I am connecting, if I don't go here, blood is going up to my throat, I can't go through this injustice, reports <x1Bea> for Justice.
