Nicolaq Cepaj is a person with criminal precedents and by now the investigation allegedly was the object of the assassination.

She took over six bullets in her body. One of them in the head who risked his life, the others on his back and foot. He has been rushed to Trauma in Tirana and is in serious condition for life.

Meanwhile, Roland Cepaj has taken two bullets in his legs and hips and is in danger of life in a stable state following the intervention of Vlora hospital doctors.

Both of the wounded were in a bar's internal environment while they were shot. According to police sources, the target of the assassination was Nikolaq Cepaj, released only three days ago from prison.
