Luan Vokshi's clear explanations and manipulations

Days ago, the Regional Football League Election Assembly was held in Gjakova, in which, other than that, the representative of this League has had to be elected at the FFK Executive Committee. For this post, the K.F.” Brotherhood”, after preliminary consultations, officially proposed the secretary of the club, the witnessed sports worker Blerim Vulen. The official letter with this proposal, the club sent it to the LRF 17 days before holding the Parliament.

Because of our wish that our proposal would not pass and our nominee would not choose to the post we proposed for us, the head of Gjakova's LRF, Luan Vokshi, has made a series of manipulations and low slanders. Our official script, with the stamp logo of the Club and the protokozed, has declared it legitimate and our nomination has not even put it to the polls! Vokshi's reasoning about this action, which is that there's only personal reluctance to our nominee, was that the unauthorized person signed it, and that's me, Besnik Goyanni.

For announcement of the opinion and of the NK's organs, I suggest that I am officially doing the job of manager of the club. I'm licensed for this task at NFK with no. ID: 011420M74 and I am officially confirmed with official letters sent NFFS with 09.08.2019 and 21.08.2019. Just starting out of this fact, The WEK, now many months and now, every letter with my signature has taken it as official and legitimate.

By doing so, Luan Vokshi, for realising his low goals, revenge for personal reasons against our nominees, manipulated with the LRF Parliament delegates and slandered me, accusing me without a basis that I forged the charter of the Club's proposal, signing it, as if, without right. This is a slander and a very serious charge that follows criminal responsibility. For this reason, Luan Vokshi, who for more than 10 years has been a member of the EC WFF, has never come to the aid of the Brotherhood, will sue him in court, and he there, let him prove what and how I forged. With this letter, the Kosovo Football Federation would also announce, demanding that it examine and analyse the behavior and actions of EC member Luan Vokshi, in this case.
